I’d like to see a recipe for Scones. I have had a gluten free scone that was a boxed premix from Amazon, a brand called Livlo. They were a blueberry flavored mix. They were just ok, a bit dry. I’d like to be able to make a better version of these drop biscuit scones and finish with a glaze. I think blueberry and lemon glaze pair nicely.

This sounds lovely, and actually might be pretty complimentary to something else I’ve been thinking about.
Around here in North Carolina there is a popular fast food chain Bojangles. And they’ve got a glazed blueberry buttermilk biscuit they call ‘Bo-Berry Biscuits’. I’ve been thinking about doing a new video where I recreate them GF.
I am guessing it wouldn’t be a big leap from there to make a scone version as well!
